Through phone screen or technical tests you cannot read the person's body language and energy. As we all know, 80% of the communication is through body language. Also phone screen needs the recruiter to be present on the other end. You also need to figure out the logistics of the phone call. At the same time, recruiters are always overwhelmed with many other tasks.
We solved both of these problems using our Virtual Interview product. It uses Webcam to record the candidate's responses to the questionnaire created by the recruiter. This solution includes a dashboard to review the recordings and add comments.
Once the candidate is screened then before the in-person interview a Live Video Interview can be conducted. OR during the in-person interview if one of the members of the interview panel is located at different location within the country or internationally then that person can do Live Video Interview with the candidate. The recordings of the Live Video Interview can be sent to executives or other decision makers for review.
`All you need is good internet connection and webcam. Some of the interview panel participant can join using audio only but they are able to view the video of the candidate or other interview panel members who are using webcam.
