Talent development strategy formulation: Based on the company's development stage and industry characteristics, formulate a forward-looking talent development path and capability model to enhance organizational competitiveness
Learning system construction and project implementation: Build and optimize the company's internal training system (general, professional, management), design learning projects suitable for core teams such as product, technology, and operation, to ensure efficient and practical use
Industry capability development: Focus on Web3 core knowledge such as encrypted economy, blockchain principles, smart contracts, DAO governance, DeFi, etc., and promote employees' understanding and application capacity enhancement of the industry's underlying logic
Implementation of talent assessment and development tools: design and implement various talent development mechanisms including 360 feedback, ability assessment, IDP, and mentorship system
Cross-cultural and global empower: Provide multilingual and cross-cultural training and development support for employees from different regions around the world (such as LATAM, SEA, EU, etc.) to enhance organizational collaboration and sense of belonging
Collaborate with core departments such as product, technology, BD, and risk to refine best practices, build a Knowledge Base, output cases, and promote the implementation of value concepts such as "user-centered" and "technology-driven" in the business


What you'll need

Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in talent development, and experience in the Fintech/Web3 industry is preferred
Excellent project management, cross-team collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Able to independently complete course design and organize delivery, those with online training experience are preferred
Excellent presentation and communication skills, love to empower others, willing to deeply understand the business
Have experience working in non-China or multilingual environments, and English can be used as a working language
