Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute engaging training sessions for employees and clients
Develop curriculum and learning materials tailored to business needs
Conduct onboarding workshops, product training, and skills development programs
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements for continuous growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals
Stay updated with best practices in training and digital learning technologies
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer or in a relevant L&D role
Proven expertise in delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs
Strong command of communication, presentation & organizational skills
Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning tools is an added advantage
Ability to train diverse audiences and manage multiple training schedules
