Job Description
The Senior Learning and Development professional is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing learning strategies that drive employee performance, capability building, and organizational growth. This role works closely with business leaders, HR, and subject-matter experts to assess skill gaps, develop scalable learning programs, and ensure continuous talent development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of company-wide learning and development strategy.

Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps, performance barriers, and future readiness needs.

Design, implement, and manage learning programs for onboarding, leadership development, compliance, and role-based training.

Build competency frameworks, career pathways, and capability development models.

Leverage LMS, AI-powered learning tools, and modern learning technologies for scalable training delivery.

Measure learning effectiveness through KPIs, employee feedback, assessments, and business outcomes.

Manage internal and external training partners, vendors, and content providers.

Lead L&D initiatives such as mentoring programs, learning academies, and talent acceleration tracks.

Drive a continuous learning culture through learning campaigns, workshops, and digital learning experiences.

Stay updated on L&D trends — including AI in learning, microlearning, gamification, and blended learning strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or related field.

6+ years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Development roles.

Proven experience designing and deploying corporate training programs at scale.

Strong understanding of instructional design, curriculum development, and learning methodologies.

Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, eLearning tools, and virtual learning environments.

Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Familiarity with AI-based learning tools is a plus.
