I’m Aakanksha Sharma, an Educational Technologist and Instructional Designer with hands-on experience designing, developing, and delivering effective digital learning experiences. My work spans higher education, online learning platforms, and collaborative instructional design environments, where I’ve supported teams, faculty, and learners in creating meaningful and engaging learning solutions.

With professional roles at the Department of Educational Technology (SNDT Women’s University) and Curriki, I’ve contributed to projects that required creativity, problem-solving, innovation, and learner-centered design. My experience includes planning and executing online certification programs, developing instructional materials, facilitating collaborative design sessions, and applying adult learning principles to real-world projects.

I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Technology, building on my Master’s degree in Educational/Instructional Technology, and I bring a strong foundation in teaching, instructional design theory, and digital pedagogy. My goal is to create learning experiences that are practical, accessible, and performance-focused — empowering learners to apply their skills with confidence.
