After graduating in 2019, I embarked on my professional journey as a US IT Recruiter and later transitioned into Quality Analyst roles. Recently, I discovered my passion for training and development as a Process Trainer. It feels like this role was my calling from day one in the corporate world, though it took me 3 years and 6 months to realize it fully and harness the ability to deliver information effectively with the support of my team.

Drawing from my extensive experience in the staffing industry, initially as a Recruiter and then as a Quality Analyst, I identified common challenges faced by early-career professionals. Motivated by this insight, I made the decision to become a Process Trainer. My goal is to assist college graduates by providing guidance, mentoring, and support focused on enhancing individual performance.

Building on this foundation, I have recently transitioned into a new role as a Learning and Development Executive. In this capacity, I am dedicated to designing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies that foster professional growth and organizational success. My expertise lies in creating tailored learning programs that address specific challenges within the industry, ensuring continuous improvement and achievement of strategic objectives."
