What is Collaborative Learning
A training approach called collaborative learning allows employees to impart their knowledge and skills to one another while also learning from them. By utilizing each employee’s abilities, insights, and institutional knowledge, a group learning technique improves the training experience.
Cooperative learning, where learners collaborate in small groups to solve problems or grasp concepts, is sometimes mistaken for collaborative learning. Collaborative learning, which is far easier to scale across teams, promotes higher-level thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork, like cooperative learning. To get extraordinary results, we depend more and more on collaborative work than individual project ownership.
