For organisations running internal employee training programmes at scale, Paradiso LMS is purpose-built; Podia is not designed for this use case.

 

Podia can deliver video course content and issue basic completion certificates, but it has no compliance management infrastructure — no automated recertification, e-signature workflows, mandatory re-enrollment rules, or regulatory audit reporting. For organisations subject to OSHA, FDA, HIPAA, or ISO audit requirements, Podia cannot serve as a compliant corporate training platform.

 

Yes. Paradiso LMS fully supports SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI (Tin Can), and AICC. Podia does not support SCORM — so content created in tools like Articulate Storyline, iSpring, or Adobe Captivate cannot be used in Podia. If your L&D team creates SCORM-based training content, Paradiso is compatible and Podia is not.

Paradiso LMS integrates with your HRIS — Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, and others — to automate user provisioning, org hierarchy sync, and enrollment rules. New employees are automatically enrolled in the correct training programmes based on their role and department. Podia’s member management is designed for course buyers and subscribers — not enterprise employee management.

Typically 4–6 weeks. Podia course content (videos, documents, quizzes) can be migrated to Paradiso, where Paradiso’s AI authoring tools help convert content into SCORM-compliant corporate training during migration.
