The American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) is a leading professional organization serving the occupational therapy community. AOTA uses Paradiso LMS to deliver professional education, continuing education programs, assessments, and certifications to its members. With approximately 70,000 registered users, more than 50% of them actively engaging with the platform, and 50+ courses spanning professional certifications and continuing education requirements, AOTA needed an LMS that could manage diverse learner profiles, automate enrollment and content assignment, and integrate seamlessly with its external user-management platform, Nimble.
The Challenge
