Yes. HR data flows into Paradiso to create and update learner profiles and trigger training assignments. Course completion records, certifications, and learning hours can flow back into your HRIS to update employee records.

Typically: employee name, email, employee ID, role, department, location, manager, hire date, and employment status. Custom fields can be mapped based on your HRIS configuration. Sensitive HR data such as salary is not synced to the LMS.
