These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Paradiso’s products, websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By clicking “I Agree,” registering for an account, accessing this website, or using any other website operated by Paradiso (including but not limited to Paradiso.ai, ParadisoLMS.net, Cognispark.ai, and ParadisoSolutions.com) or its group companies, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Privacy Policy and our Teams of service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access, browse, or use the Services or any Paradiso websites.
These Terms are a legal agreement between the applicable Paradiso entity identified under the ‘Parties’ section below (collectively referred to as “Paradiso,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity agreeing to these Terms (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization, in which case the terms “you” and “your” refer to the organization. THIS WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE INTENDED SOLELY FOR BUSINESS AND ORGANIZATIONAL USE (B2B). THEY ARE NOT DESIGNED OR OFFERED FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSUMER USE.
We may collect and process the following categories (depending on your interactions):
We do not require you to submit sensitive Personal Data (e.g., health, biometrics) to use the Services. If you choose to include such data (for example, within a recording), you are responsible for ensuring a lawful basis and appropriate notices to participants.
We process Personal Data to:
We may use aggregated or de‑identified information for analytics, benchmarking, and product development. We do not attempt to re‑identify such data except as needed to test anonymization or as required by law.
If you authorize integrations, we access only the minimal scopes needed to provide requested features (for example, reading calendar event details so our assistant can join a scheduled meeting you select). We follow platform policies (e.g., Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements). We do not use Google Workspace or Microsoft data for advertising or to train generalized AI models. Access tokens are stored and transmitted securely.
You can revoke access at any time in your account or via the provider’s security settings. When you disconnect, we can no longer retrieve new data from that provider; any stored content linked to that integration is deleted in accordance with this Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all required notices and consents from participants before recording calls or meetings and for honoring applicable laws (e.g., two‑party consent jurisdictions). You agree not to capture or upload content that violates third‑party rights or applicable law. You may disable recording and/or delete stored content at any time as described below.
We use first-party and third-party cookies/SDKs to operate the Services, keep you signed in, remember preferences, and provide a better user experience. These cookies also help with tracking and enhancing functionality. You can manage cookies in our banner/preferences center and your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit some functionality. Where required, we obtain consent before setting non‑essential cookies. This information is also available in our Cookies Policy.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals for applicable jurisdictions. Some analytics/advertising vendors act as our processors; others may be independent controllers. We do not sell your Personal Data for money. If any cross‑context behavioral advertising constitutes “sharing” under California law, you can opt out through cookie preferences, GPC, or by emailing legal@paradisosolutions.com.
We share Personal Data only as necessary and with appropriate safeguards:
